This Feature Will Work on updated version of skype , which is Skype 5.7 Beta for Windows and Skype 5.4 Beta for Mac will allow Skype members to initiate facebook to facebook and Skype-to-facebook calls within Skype IM.
To Enable this feature, users need to connect their Skype account with their facebook account.so they can see fb friend list on their Skype IM client. After doing this you can easily select your friend and start video chat by hitting call button. The updated new version of skype gives smoother video rendering for Mac users and Group Screen Sharing. Only Mac users can avail this premium subscription feature but it will be soon available on windows also.
