Social Network Facebook Should Add a New Button ?

It is time for Facebook to add a new button. The legendary like button is a little played out and sometimes it doesn’t quite convey the message one is trying to send. Face-book needs to add a button that expresses that you have found something you saw online and you want to acknowledge that you saw it. I usually don’t try and throw my two cents into fixing something unless I have a good plan on how to fix it or what to name something. I just couldn’t resist the like button and how Face book needs to add new features or a new button.
I know I haven’t given you much to work with here but let me explain myself. This article is inspired by two articles that I just finished reading. The first article involves Joe Paterno and the scandal at Penn State University. It appears that one of his assistant coaches is being accused of child molestation. Apparently coach Paterno heard about it or knew about it at some point and reported it to the school’s athletic director and nothing came about. Sometimes when people of high esteem do something that is wrong or that would stir up an organization it gets swept under the rug. Everything that has happened at Penn State, the riots, the pain that was caused to everyone involved should not be a like on Facebook.

The next article I read was about the Washington Nationals catcher who was kidnapped in his home country of Venezuela. This article also received hundreds of likes even though the article said the police had no clue where the Nationals catcher was.
The third article that propelled me to write this was an article about a young man who missed one of his collegiate practices and was kicked off his athletic team. He lost his scholarship and his whole world was turned upside down. He decided to tear up his college dorm room, streak naked, try and steal a police car among other things. He racked up a laundry list of charges and now will probably be a felon. At the top of the article I saw many Facebook likes. This guy ruined his life for the time being and people like that? Facebook really needs to add a new feature to remedy this.
